Our Team

The HAPILA team meanwhile comprises 22 highly qualified employees from Thuringia, Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt, consisting of laboratory assistants, chemical-technical assistants, experts from the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, degreed engineers, biologists and food chemists – a number have long-standing and senior experience in the research pharmaceutical industry.

All our colleagues are highly motivated and interested in actively participating in the development of HAPILA GmbH. The management expressly demands and fully supports the active contribution of each employee. The loyalty of our employees with the enterprise is enhanced by selective measures.

Continuous qualification and selected internal and external training contribute to developing a high degree of knowledge and experience in the numerous processes and activities in which HAPILA is engaged.
